The 8 by 40" stretchy band is used in conjunction with the Fabric conductive electrodes (electrode pictured is a 4" by 10" that is sold separately). The Fabric electrodes velcro in, and are then compressed against the treatment site for therapy to ensue. The 8 by 40 is typically used for the back or stomach or other big body parts.
